Born Baton Rouge, Louisiana in 1975.

Boston Museum School with one year at Beaux Arts, Paris. Several introductory shows in different galleries in the North East USA. Asked to participate in the Clandestine section of Venice Biennale 2003. An article in Issue 76 of Frieze Magazine gives only an idea of his full potential.

Cheyney Thompson and his wife Eileen Quinlan live and work in Brooklyn, New York.
